Terms of Service

Agreement

OneClickLive ("the Service") is a service of Cache Holding B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91984785. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your Content

You keep ownership of everything you deploy, and you are responsible for it. Only deploy content you have the right to publish. Anything you deploy is publicly accessible to anyone who has the URL, so treat a project URL as public: never deploy secrets, API keys, or other people's personal data.

Acceptable Use

OneClickLive publishes whatever you paste in a single click, which is exactly what makes it attractive to abuse. Every upload is scanned automatically before it goes live, and the following are refused:

• Phishing and credential harvesting — pages that imitate another service's sign-in, relay login codes or one-time passwords, or otherwise trick visitors into handing over credentials, payment details, or wallet keys.
• Loggers and grabbers — pages that quietly send a visitor's IP address, cookies, tokens, or browser fingerprint to a webhook or third-party endpoint.
• Malware and attack tooling — malicious scripts and exploits, and toolkits built to raid, flood, dox, or hijack other people's accounts and services.
• Cloaking and disguised pages — projects whose only content is a full-screen frame of, or a concealed redirect to, someone else's site, and pages given a misleading title or decoy content to slip past filters or reviewers. Host your own content here, or link to the other site directly.
• Financial deception — investment, HYIP, "guaranteed return", and colour-prediction schemes, and unlicensed gambling or betting.
• Piracy and licence circumvention — key generators, cracks, activation bypasses, and pages that distribute or link to pirated software or media.
• Adult and sexual content — explicit material, and sexual AI-companion or roleplay applications.
• Harm to minors — any content that sexualises minors, and schemes that collect national ID numbers or personal details from children.
• Illegal content and spam — anything that breaks applicable law, and bulk deployments for SEO manipulation or unsolicited advertising.

Enforcement

We moderate automatically at upload and by hand afterwards. Depending on what we find, we may:

• Refuse the upload — the deploy is rejected and nothing is published. A copy of the refused upload is kept for 7 days so the decision can be reviewed and reversed if we got it wrong.
• Disable a live project — the URL stops serving. A project reported by several independent visitors is disabled automatically while we review it.
• Rate-limit a network — repeated refused uploads from the same network temporarily block further deploys from it.
• Suspend or close the account — for deliberate abuse, or for evading any of the measures above. Serious cases are referred to the relevant authorities or anti-abuse services.

Automated scanning is not perfect and it does sometimes refuse a legitimate page. If that happens to you, mail us at support@oneclicklive.app — we review these and correct them.

Reporting Abuse

If you find a project on oneclicklive.app that breaks these rules, report it at oneclicklive.app/report. No account is needed. A project flagged by several independent reporters is taken offline automatically while we review it.

Plans & Pricing

• Free — 3 projects, 7-day retention.
• Pro — …/month. 100 projects, permanent hosting, custom subdomains, password protection, analytics.
• Billing — Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law entitles you to a refund.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the code and content you deploy. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

Suspension & Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may remove content where the law requires it. If we close an account for abuse, its projects go offline immediately and are not restored.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and account holders are emailed before material changes take effect.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClickLive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go before the competent court in the Netherlands — unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to another forum.
