Is the image hosting really free?
Yes. The free plan covers 3 simultaneous images of up to 10MB each, with a 7-day shareable link. No credit card, no email verification, no ads injected into your image page.
Will there be ads on my image page?
No. OneClickLive does not run advertising on hosted pages. We're funded by Pro subscriptions, not impressions. imgbb and free.imageshack.us monetize their free tier with ad units; we don't.
Can I hot-link the image in HTML or Markdown?
Yes. Append /image to the hosted URL or copy the direct image link from your dashboard. The image serves with the correct Content-Type, so it renders in <img src>, , and BBCode [img] tags.
What image formats are supported?
PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF (animated supported), WebP, AVIF, SVG, BMP, ICO, and HEIC. The MIME type is detected from the file header so the browser renders it correctly without manual conversion.
How is this better than imgbb or Imgur?
imgbb and Imgur inject ads, show interstitials before serving the image, and can take down content based on community policy. OneClickLive serves the file directly, has no ads, and provides a real dashboard for delete/replace.
Is my image private?
The file is encrypted at rest on Cloudflare R2. The URL is public but the slug is random and not enumerable. Pro plans add password protection if you need access control.
Where are images stored?
On Cloudflare R2 in the EU and US, served from Cloudflare's edge network in 300+ cities. A signed GDPR DPA is available on Pro for EU controllers — incumbents like imgbb don't offer one.
